Abstract
Using quantum theory of phonons, the matrix of the interaction Hamiltonian of a chain system of polymer has been established. In the normal temperature range the phonon heat conduction is large compared to the electron conduction and its is significant at low temperature. In constant frequency intensity for microwave radiation calculation, our result, for polyisobutene material, is in agreement with experimental measurement
