Abstract :
A miniaturized three channel MM wave receive front-end is realized. The final results are: between the frequency range (36-38 GHz), the gain of the whole front-end is 25 dB, noise figure is less than 6.5 dB, the switch time is less than 60 nS, isolation is greater than 35 dB
