  • Abstract
    This paper presents an educational software tool for the evaluation of reliability indices of subtransmission systems. It takes into consideration a large number of factors that are instrumental in affecting the reliability indices. The software is also capable of performing a wide variety of sensitivity studies that will be beneficial for students to understand the impact of different pertinent factors on the obtained reliability indices
