Abstract :
Power quality is made up of two main components: voltage continuity and voltage quality. In the competitive market, there is growing interest in monitoring the quality at each interface between the transmission system and the users (producers, industrial consumers, distribution systems). Quality commitments may come from the regulator and from the customers. Suitable quality indices are then needed, as well as reporting systems and controlling efforts
