Abstract :
The authors have adapted an existing algorithm that can reproducibly contour structures in radiographic images. In their preliminary tests, variation in the contour definition was typically less than 1 millimeter between different operators, and less than 0.5 millimeters between multiple trials by the same operator. These results have encouraged the authors to continue development of this method as a clinical tool
