Abstract :
Summary form only given. We study the interaction between atoms with large de Broglie wavelength and a dielectric surface via van der Waals potential. The transfer induced by Raman transition of free cold atoms to the bound states of surface well is considered and we calculate the efficiency of the charge mechanism of these vibrational states.
