Abstract
A decision feedback partial parallel interference cancellation (DF-PPIC) is proposed. In each stage´s interference cancellation, the already detected bits at the output of the current stage are fed back to regenerate the estimation of the interference, thus the detection of the remaining bits in the same stage is improved. In the linear soft decision case, this can be deduced by the successive over-relaxation (SOR) iterative implementation of linear multiuser detection. Simulation results show that the proposed DF-PPIC outperforms the conventional Divsalar et al.´s (see IEEE Trans. Commun., vol.46, no.2, p.258-68, 1998) PPIC
