Abstract
Since many years now surface acoustic wave filters have been used in electronic devices; nevertheless, some physical constraints make the optimal tuning an interesting mathematical problem. We investigate some aspects of this problem and its relation to the well-known Schur parameters which naturally arise due to the presence of internal reflectors
