  • Abstract
The multilevel simulation is one of the major ways at the present of studying circuit CAD. Firstly, the different layer´s circuit model is obtained for finishing the multilevel simulation. Based upon the signal flow graph and system identification theorem, this paper presents the model arithmetic for frequency domain behavioral level circuit model. Then it gives the final behavioral level circuit simulation and multilevel simulation system structure and example
