  • Abstract
    An optical receiver is a major part of an optical communication system. The research and design of monolithic integrated circuit for optical receiver with Si-bipolar transistors and emitter-coupled pair circuits of bipolar transistors is given in this paper. It is possible to increase the bit-rate and capacity, improving the system performance and reducing the device size and cost in future
