Abstract :
The new internet economy will be driven by services. The major value proposition is in moving from personal productivity to collective productivity and from vendor-centric to customer-centric business. A lack of skilled IT professionals will necessitate a simpler and more automated Internet infrastructure. The evolution from infrastructure provider to ASP (Application Service Provider) and FSP (Full Service Provider) requires a standardized service model platform architecture that is scalable and reliable.
