Abstract
This paper presents a transactions-based power flow analysis method to resolve the issues for participants in the bilateral contract market (BCM). A simple yet realistic study case is designed to demonstrate the effectiveness of our method. Typical parallel flows and congestion management are addressed through simulation cases
