Abstract :
In this article, a knowledge-enabled integrative model for technological innovation management is presented. The model serves to understand the nature of innovation, to unravel the complexity and ambiguity of knowledge management, and to identify and exploit the critical constraint(s) in the process of innovation. An industry-based action research on product management is conducted to validate and use the model
