  • Abstract
In the authors´ opinion, innovation activities include three processes, which are input of innovation, implementation of innovation and output of innovation. Innovation risks act on all these processes and become unstable factors influencing enterprises´ innovative activities. What they are interested in is that each risk affects the processes unequally. Through investigation and research, they find that investment risk, technique risk and market risk are principal causes of innovation failure. Therefore, they make a deep analysis on the causes of the formation and the specific representational forms of each of the three risks. Further analysis is conducted to discriminate their influence on the innovation processes. Based on the analyses, they advance some relevant ideas and strategies on risk management of enterprises´ technological innovation
