Abstract
Filter banks satisfying low-delay (LD) and perfect-reconstruction (PR) design problems are investigated. In this paper, a numerical technique to obtain the optimal coefficients of analysis filters by adopting an interior-point algorithm for linear programming method and a linearization approximation is utilized. Under this approach, we can minimize the magnitude and phase errors of analysis filters simultaneously
