Abstract :
In this paper, we investigate the property of the double heteroclinic tangency crisis observed in a forced PLL equation. In particular, we calculate the average intermittent switching time ⟨τp1⟩⟩ for the P1-strange set, that for the P2-strange set ⟨τp2⟩, and that for the P1 & P 2 strange set ⟨τ⟩ with respect to the external amplitude m under the condition of Ω being constant
