Abstract :
A theoretical approach to calculate the effect of clock jitters in an oversampling converter using a return-to-zero pulse scheme is presented. State-variable analysis is used to derive a closed-form relation for the spectrum of the jitter induced noise. The method is quite general and it can be used for any type of sigma-delta converter
