Abstract
The results of the study of some technical solutions aimed at improving such parameters of acoustoelectric convolvers as convolution efficiency, suppression of parasitic signals, undesirable signal penetration from input to output are presented. The improvement of these characteristics has been achieved in this work with special positioning parametric (integrating) and ground electrodes. The highest efficiency is achieved in the case of planar-transverse picking up of the convolution signals arising due to nonlinear response in the conductivity of a thin InSb film placed between the integrating electrodes
