Abstract
Supercritical magneto-elastic wave phase conjugation is applied to harmonic imaging in acoustic C-scan microscopy. Possibilities of compensation of phase aberrations introduced in harmonic image by inhomogeneity of the propagation medium is demonstrated experimentally and explained theoretically. Improvement of resolution of the images by use of the second-harmonic of the phase-conjugate wave is shown
