Abstract :
This paper presents results of implementation of rigorous CAD technique for design and production of waveguide filters. Theoretical and practical aspects of this technique discussed including convergence and accuracy, improving of computational efficiency, impact of machining tolerances to design spec and production. Example of Ku-band Chebyshev filter is presented
