    On behalf of the Organizing and Technical Program Committees, we welcome you to the 32nd IEEE International Conference on Computer Design (ICCD 2014). The ICCD has been being co-sponsored by the IEEE Computer Society and the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society. This year ICCD is also in cooperation with the Association of Computing Machinery (ACM) Special Interest Group on Design Automation (ACM SIGDA) and with a technical support from Information Processing Society in Japan (IPSJ).
