Abstract :
In view of the 20 year experience of researching and planning HF radiopaths at the University of Rostov-on-Don a method has been developed for the evaluation of radiopaths for ranges between 30 km and 6000 km. The method appreciably surpasses the known ones in accuracy and completeness of the considered characteristics. On its basis a software package consisting of 4 blocks has been developed
