Abstract
In this paper a PC-controlled non-incremental interferometer that integrates frequency modulated continuous wave and dispersive comb spectrum techniques is presented. This system takes advantage from the wide measuring range of the frequency modulated continuous wave technique and from the high resolution of the dispersive comb spectrum technique
