Abstract :
A new software environment for distributed measurement systems is shown. Applications designed with it are based only on Java technology, which secures a full Internet integration, platform independence, and unrestricted access to system by WWW. The proposed tool enables virtual measurement instrument panels design. The specialized system server, with proposed controls library, allows full distributed measurement system realization
