  • Abstract
The problem of improving the measurement quality of a mini-spectrometric system by sharing the functions between its hardware and software is addressed. A methodology for enhancing the spectral resolution as well as interpreting the spectrometric data is proposed. The effectiveness of the proposed methodology is illustrated using a commercially available mini-spectrometer associated with advanced digital signal processing algorithms
