Abstract
The use of sensors and data acquisition systems are presented as a means to introduce pre-college students to engineering and technology. The program emphasizes problem solving skills, understand the data measurements, and presenting the results. During the program, the participants assemble the electronic kits, record data, and analyze the results. The sensors and data acquisition system can also be applied to college-level electronics classes
