Abstract
With the successful demonstration of the Multi-Payload Adapter (MPA) in the JAWSAT mission, a new capability has been demonstrated which allows more efficient use of launch space and significantly improves access into space. With the current enthusiasm for the CubeSat class of satellites, there is a need for a coordinated project to get as many of these CubeSats into orbit as quickly as possible. This project could set the standard for future CubeSat missions that could benefit government, commercial, and educational organizations
