Abstract
The technical challenges required by new mobile communications systems impose a new approach that includes different processing stages. Among them, conventional RF front-end should be associated with ADC and DSP stages to perform efficient and flexible software radio reception. Considering this new approach, a seismic data receiver architecture for IFP (Institut Francais du Petrole) has been studied in order to raise the performance in terms of environment, flexibility, bandwidth and data rate
