Abstract :
We have developed a new small, flexible magnetic-disk recording system which has the largest areal density (672 Mbit/sq in) in FDD formats and a 18 Mbit/sec maximum user data transfer rate. This is a new CFDD (Card size Flexible Disk Drive) format using a 1.75-inch disk on which 150 Mbytes of data can be stored
