Abstract :
High inductance of electromechanical wattmeter and insufficient dynamic range of digital wattmeter stipulate high inaccuracy of measurement. For such measurements a device, which has sufficient dynamic range and low input inductance is necessary. The device, called "power features meter" was designed. This device is used for measurement of power and root-mean-square of the current and voltage. The measuring procedure is based on integration periodic comparison of instantaneous values of current and voltage. The gauge device has high dynamic range of instantaneous measuring current value. The resulting error of this method does not depend on curve of current
