Abstract
The physical-chemical and electrical properties of polyaniline nanofilms doped with meta-cresol and deposited on silicon substrates are studied. The energy dispersive components of the surface are studied by wetting ability, a technique permitting the determination of the contact angle of a liquid drop on the surface. The result of this study of surface energy varies little with the dopant concentration. The current-voltage characteristics are studied. With weak electric field, the current presents a behaviour proportional to Vm (m>2). This property means that polyanaline nanofilms are good candidates for use in the realisation of electroluminescent diodes
