Improvements in the quality of the electrical energy supply continue, but one cannot avoid major incidents due to climatic conditions. Today, therefore, we are turning more and more towards services that aim to provide supplies of the quality targeted, that is to say, tailored to specific client needs. This is what the authors detail in this paper, after defining what they mean by “electricity quality” and reviewing the various defects possible
