Abstract :
The aim of this paper is to present the issues connected with development of planning in Polish electric power distribution companies, in terms of both legal regulations governing this branch of economy and other documents created by such a company or required from it. This paper also discusses the content of such plans and present conclusions concerning the procedures assumed in practice
