Some strategies for developing the electrical equipment for distribution and supply of electric energy in Romania-problems and solutions

The emergence of free markets into the Romanian energy area and the beginning of competition between the electricity companies result into processes of restructuring aiming to eliminate the monopoly in this field. Since the main function of the distribution electric network is to transport energy from the sources-electric stations connected to the transmission system or to some generation units, to the final consumers, some of the distribution companies´ tasks will concern, on one side, as usual, the network expansion, the operation and maintenance of the networks which they administrate; on the other side, according to the licences they obtained, the companies will sell to the final consumers this energy
