Planned organizational change of the distribution subsidiary of Brasov into an electric power-supply company operating in a competitive environment

The Electric Power Supply Subsidiary of Brasov is an organizational entity of the trading joint stock company SC ELECTRICA SA. The object of its activity consists in the distribution and supply of electric power and in power generation in small hydro stations in the area of Brasov-Covasna, located in the center of Romania. As changes in the energetic sector are impending, the question arises: "how will it work when the distribution monopoly is over?"
