Abstract
This paper propose a system for evaluating environments using the method II of fuzzy quantification. We first give outlines of the method II of fuzzy quantification. It is known, however, that a usual canonical correlation analysis including the method II of fuzzy quantification can not be applied when Cholesky decomposition can not be calculated. In order to correspond to such a case, we derive a fuzzy neural network which can execute the method II of fuzzy quantification, and incorporate the fuzzy neural network into the proposed system
