The effort should aid understanding in this field so that people pay more attention to these issues, so that they efficiently set up and develop cyber universities. The study adopts a literature analysis and qualitative exploration methods to analyze the problems in many aspects from a well-recognized cyber university in Taiwan. The results showed that problems of cyber universities could be classified into six categories: infrastructure, system, administration, curriculum, interaction and learner.
