Abstract :
The aims of the research presented are to examine learning problems behind cyber universities in depth and try to draw out some concrete suggestions. The effort should aid understanding in this field so that people pay more attention to these issues, so that they efficiently set up and develop cyber universities. The study adopts a literature analysis and qualitative exploration methods to analyze the problems in many aspects from a well-recognized cyber university in Taiwan. The results showed that problems of cyber universities could be classified into six categories: infrastructure, system, administration, curriculum, interaction and learner.
