  • Abstract
    The multicarrier technique (MCT) has been adopted by the cdma2000 standard for downlink transmission. A novel demodulation approach with a bandpass RAKE receiver is proposed for MCT. The digital chip-matched filter with non-binary quantization used in a conventional demodulation structure is not needed. The system performance degradation is negligible, but the complexity of the system is decreased greatly
