Abstract
Nonlinear distortions of an input signal are mainly due to the transmitter power amplifier. A theoretical analysis of the output spectrum of a memoryless, bandpass nonlinearity driven by an OFDM signal is presented. The result is obtained by the use of a technique based on the nonlinear complex gain Taylor series expansion. Therefore, both amplitude to amplitude modulation (AM/AM) and amplitude to phase modulation (AM/PM) conversions are taken into account. An explicit analytical expression for the output power spectral density is obtained
