Abstract :
The input in reviewing the a α-characteristics of components of an electromagnetic field allows one to apply adequate environmental models to the description of the processes taking place near to the conductive surfaces, technically defined as rough, porous, strongly cut up, etc. A lot of singular points (corners, breaks, edges, etc.), outlines or surfaces can be approximated by some fractal structure. For the description of fields near to conductors with fractal surface properties, the use of integro-differential techniques of fractional numeration is suggested. If it is assumed that the real structure of a conductor is approximated by a fractal ("thick") line, possessing by way of an expansion the properties of a line and surface, then the use of integro-differential techniques is necessary for the calculation of the field\´s α-characteristics
