  • Abstract
    The La0.7(Pb0.7Sr0.3)0.3 MnO3 films were produced by pulse laser deposition-method. The composition of the film material provided high value of temperature coefficient of electrical resistance at room temperature. The methods of measurement of boundary resistance in HTSC film structures haves been studied. Stationary method is based on the measurement of the temperature difference between two metal strips placed on the film. One of them is heated by relatively large dc. Other strips with a low dc measure the temperature of substrate. The main difficulty of estimation by this method consists in temperature gradient of substrate and temperature drop on the additional strip/film interface. Second method of evaluation is based on the analysis of time constant of optical bolometric response
