Abstract :
Telecommunication has certainly become, over the last years, one of the most promising fields of electrical engineering. In this context using patch devices in Terahertz range in this work, we will perform a photonic approach of a rectangular patch resonator over a double semiconductor substrate with superconductor material. This analysis will include a introduction of the TTL (Transverse Transmission Line) method, it´s application to the resonator, and presentation of new results
