Abstract
This paper deals with optimal deconvolution problem for discrete periodic channels. We first show that the H2 norm of a periodic system can be obtained via a convex optimization involving linear matrix inequalities (LMI). The LMI approach is then extended to solve the H2 optimal deconvolution problem using a periodic FIR or IIR filter. The proposed design approach is demonstrated through a numerical example
