Abstract
We learn from analogical signals symbolic formulas describing emotional states. The signals come from a psychometric device called Feeltrace that produces tracks on an Euclidean plane under the control of a person who is watching emotional sequences from videoclips. We obtain a set of Boolean formulas that can be considered a non-generative grammar describing the basic properties of the tracks
