Abstract :
This paper considers communication network control for second-order systems. The stabilization conditions guaranteed some stability margin by a delayed proportional control law over a communication network is presented. And an algorithm of the delayed proportional controller is proposed. Finally, a design procedure the maximum stability margin control law is presented. Numerical examples show the design schemes of delayed proportional controllers are effective
