Abstract :
A new nonparametric model based LQG control algorithm is developed in this paper. By means of the closed form of Riccati equation, the data-based LQG controller directly using Markov parameters of the system is derived. This nonparametric design methodology, based on the input-output data of a system, does not require a state-space realization, and can also avoid the parameter error in modeling. The effectiveness of the method is illustrated by simulation examples
