Abstract :
In this paper, the problem of decentralized output feedback control for a class of large-scale stochastic systems with time delays is investigated. A designing method to construct observers for such kind of nonlinear composite systems is developed. The main result of this paper is to establish a decentralized output feedback controller based on backstepping approach such that the closed-loop, interconnected, time-delay, and stochastic nonlinear systems is globally stable in probability independence of time delays
