Abstract
Logic function computer simplification has shortcomings of complicated operation, large memory and low speed, etc. An extended multidimensional-cube method was presented. It extended a product term into a prime implicant, and then found the system minimal cover by irredundant. The results show that the algorithm can quickly optimize multi-output circuits, and has features of simpler operation and little memory. This algorithm has a broad application in EDA
