Abstract :
In order to the issue that lacks unified description model in theory on context-awareness research domain, a novel model PABCAM, based on process algebra, was proposed. At first, the context set from mobile computing environment was defined. Then, we give the definition of the mapping from context set to its value set. Based on them, proposition and the set of propositions were defined. And according to the process algebra combination theory, it implements the description to the complex environment by synthesis simple environment state. Afterwards, an awareness function was added to depict the awareness behavior of awareness entity in dynamic environment. At last, the simulation was done for validating the model using color Petri net. At the same time, the specific resource semantics was given to transition of context state. The results indicate the model has the correct grammar and exact semantic definition, as well as favorable expansibility, can describe the context-awareness well
