Abstract :
In this paper, some problems existed in Smith pre-estimator are analyzed. Also the robustness and stability of the system have been proved. A novel control strategy is constituted by fuzzy control and Smith pre-estimator. The simulation results show that the Smith and fuzzy pre-estimated controller is very effective and robustness
